In 2021, a comprehensive project was completed to establish the Center for Dairy Products Research and Development, with the goal of developing innovative solutions in milk and cheese production, and optimizing technological processes within the dairy industry. The center is equipped with state-of-the-art technology that enables research, pilot-scale production, and training in real industrial conditions.
The center includes the following equipment and facilities:
- Milk reception
- Raw and pasteurized milk storage
- Milk pasteurizer
- CIP station (automated cleaning system)
- Double-O cheese vat for both traditional and industrial cheese production
- Cheese pre-press
- Filling machines for milk and cream
- Fresh cheese vat
- Cheese brine bath
- Racks for cheese maturing room
This project lays the foundation for the future of dairy production – combining scientific research, innovation, and hands-on practice. The center supports the entire process – from raw material to final product – within one fully integrated system.
