In 2021, the installation of two Cottage Cheese vats with a total capacity of 2 x 6000 liters was successfully completed, as part of a production facility modernization project focused on fresh cheese products. These vats are designed for precise and controlled Cottage Cheese production, ensuring high hygiene standards and technological efficiency.
