For our client, we delivered and implemented a complete Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) station, designed for high efficiency and reliable automated cleaning of production equipment without the need for disassembly.
Scope of supplied equipment:
- 5 new CIP tanks for various cleaning process phases
- 2 tanks for concentrated chemicals – acid and caustic
- CIP supply and return manifolds for accurate distribution and recovery of cleaning solutions
