For our valued client in Croatia, we designed and manufactured two automated 7,000L flocculation tanks for Ricotta cheese production, as well as a 15,000L permeate tank. This project involved complete integration of process equipment, with a focus on efficiency and optimization of the production process.

Hot permeate is used to preheat incoming whey through a heat exchanger, significantly improving energy efficiency and reducing overall energy consumption.
